Delivery

All orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Final amount paid at checkout will be the total amount of your order plus delivery charges to your delivery address. Delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process.
The delivery of items will be fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours from dispatch. Once the parcel is picked up by the third-party courier services, the tracking details will be updated.
For orders that include pre-order items, all items in the same order will be shipped out together only when all items are ready.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correctly filled. evryy is not responsibile for packages that are shipped to incorrect addresses.

Shipping fee: RM35 for the 1st KG, and RM5 for the each additional 0.5KG.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. evryy does not bear any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. As customs policies and import duties varies, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel until it reaches the destination country. Please do check with your local customs and import authority for more details regarding this matter.
